We will use this information in the following ways:

  • to provide you with information that you have requested e.g. information on networking activities
  • to respond to specific queries you may raise regarding Kantar and its operating companies;
  • to provide you with better ways of accessing information from this website;
  • to arrange and administer the event including your registration for attending The World Audiences Summit through the platform from our partner Tyler Events Limited and our app partner CrowdComms;
  • Kantar may take general photographs, video and sound recordings as a record of this event for use in presentations and communications. If a participant wishes a published image removed, Kantar can be contacted and further use of the image will be prevented.

Do we pass your information to third parties?

We will share your email address and profile details with CrowdComms to allow for app registration.

We will share your attendance/registration information with Tyler Events Ltd which is organising The World Audiences Summit 2023 on behalf of Kantar.  We may send your personal information to other group companies within Kantar, affiliates and third parties to help us process your personal information for the purposes set out in this policy.

We may disclose your personal information if we or any of our assets are the subject of a sale or similar corporate transaction. We will ensure that the third parties who receive your personal information are required to keep it confidential.

We may disclose personal information to third parties when we reasonably believe we are required by law, and in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual unlawful or otherwise prohibited activities, including, but not limited to, fraud.
