Winter clothing rental

We are expecting sub‑zero temperatures during our stay. While most of the agenda takes place indoors, some of you may choose to explore the city or take part in the Walking Tour activity. If so, we’re pleased to offer complimentary rental of:

  • Winter coat
  • Snow trousers
  • Walking boots
  • Gloves

Simply complete the form below following the instructions carefully, and we’ll arrange for everything to be delivered directly to the Four Season’s for use throughout your stay. Deadline to book is 8th February.

  1. Book your chosen slot – we have secured 2 key times:
    1. Monday 23rd February 4 to 4:45 pm
    2. Tuesday 24th February 3 to 4:45 pm
  2. Try on your winter gear at The Four Seasons
  3. Return your gear to a member of the event team in the hotel lobby after checking out on Thursday 26th February

Please note there is a disclaimer to sign on the below form. Whilst Kantar Media will cover the costs for the rental of your winter wear, to secure against any damages to the equipment, the agency has asked for a credit card authorisation upon collection. This will only be needed if anything is damaged or missing, and on successful return of the equipment, this information will be deleted immediately.
